I could not believe the news when I heard of the death of Cllr Robert Foote. His years of dedicated service to the Borough will be remembered for years to come, not only to our local residents but also the many charities he supported during his mayoral year. Robert was also a member of many community groups putting himself before others and I will look back at the times that we spent together with fond memories.
