I did some carpentry work for Rob a few months ago. The job took a lit longer than expected because he and I spent so much time chatting. He told me how proud he had been to act as Mayor and how important he felt his roll as councillor was. He was a truly genuine man and a kind man who had lost his wife only a year before. The only good thing, in the way of his passing, was he was doing something he greatly enjoyed. Such a sad loss to Epsom.
