On behalf of your neighbouring local council, Mole Valley District Council, I wanted to say how Robert's tragic death has shocked us, and want to send our condolences to his family, and his colleague councillors. Robert's love of mechanics, cars and planes, was known across our council boundary, and his time as Mayor of Epsom and Ewell Borough Council is likewise still remembered.
